A real-world data analysis of more than 12,360 Eversense 365 sensors — the year-long implantable continuous glucose monitor — was presented at the American Diabetes Association's (ADA) 2026 Scientific Sessions in New Orleans.
Among users wearing the sensor on its own, average transmitter wear time was 93.19%, with a mean Glucose Management Indicator (GMI) of 7.16% and time in range of 66.16%. A subgroup of 153 people who paired the sensor with the twiist automated insulin delivery system showed an even higher time in range, close to 76%, in their first 30 days of combined use.
The authors highlight that results stayed stable when comparing the first and second six months of sensor wear, reinforcing the idea that good control holds up across the device's full year of life, not just in the first few months.
